To register please fill out online form. Checks can be made out to "ALisa Starkweather" and sent to Daughters of the Earth PO Box 13 Baldwinville, Ma 01436. In order to know about food amounts, we appreciate everyone registering by August 2nd. Answers to many questions are found online. You can reserve a bunk bed in the lodge for an additional payment of $70 for the weekend. This is on a first come, first serve basis. Teens who bunk also pay the same rate as adults for beds indoors.

Checks are preferred over Paypal usage because they charge 3% but it is here for your convenience should you need to use it. This year,we are asking women who use Paypal to add 2% to your total amount.

Important: Rates for Daughters of the Earth are postmarked payments. If you register online with the form but do not send your check in until a later date, you will need to pay the amount of the rate of the postmark presently active. To receive discounts payments need to be made within correct postmarks. A registration is not complete until payment is received.

Registration is now $250. Remember that even with earlybird prices offered in June, this is the same price it has been for six years. With all that is offered here it is so worth it and it does include your food while you are with us. $140 for the young women (12 -20) and $85 from 5 to 11.

Confirmations:

Email confirmations will be returned to you with details and directions to Daughters of the Earth Gathering. This is also an adult women's gathering. Young children can attend with adult supervision and appropriateness to their readiness. We do encourage young women to join us however and we have a special rate for them.

Please Read Cancellation Policies:

If cancellation occurs before July 24th we will refund all but a $30 adminstrative fee.

If cancellation occurs between July 24- onwards regrettably no refunds will be made/ non-refundable and non-renewable to other events. If you register but do not show up at DOE there is no refund made or moving your fees to other programs. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
